From the last order dated 21.06.2018 it appears that one witness has been examined and cross-examined. The progress

Patna High Court CWJC No.15151 of 2018 dt.25-09-2019 2/2 of the case is not satisfactory. The Lower Court should have endeavoured for early disposal of the case as even after lapse of so many years, the progress of the case is, completion of deposition of single witness.

This Court gives direction to the Court below to expedite the trial and the State authority especially the District Magistrate is directed to ensure that the witnesses from the side of the State should remain present on the date fixed.
