The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No.110 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner gave single blow of bamboo log to the deceased.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is a single blow given by bamboo log, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Umashankar, the Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, DistrictEast
