The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. From the joint family house of the petitioner liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner was apprehended at the time of the recovery. Petitioner has got identical nature of criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 03.01.2019. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12421 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Special Case No. 41 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.1235 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
