JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench dated 18.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Rhituraj Saurabh & Anr.).

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such representation is filed, the
