JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and case is of dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of demand is general along with husband of deceased and he is in custody for five months and charge sheet has been submitted.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
