In this case, the petitioner is raising a grievance that the teaching and non-teaching staff of four schools have not been granted salary since long which cannot be looked into in the present proceeding. If any individual feels aggrieved with
Patna High Court CWJC No.16048 of 2018(6) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 regard to non-payment of salary, they are at liberty to approach the proper forum for the claim of salary which will be looked into in accordance with law. This Court does not find any purpose to treat the present proceeding as P.I.L. and proceed further.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
