JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Petitioner has been remanded in this case from another case and since 08.09.2015, he is languishing in jail custody in connection with the present case. It appears from the impugned order that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.Case No. 173 of 2015.
