Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Section 341, 323, 504, 452 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that in the report of the trial court i.e. 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani dated 22.1.2015, it has been stated that not only the prosecution has examined eight witnesses but even the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded whereafter he has also examined two defence witnesses, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, inasmuch as, the end of the trial is well in sight.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed and the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously if it has not been done as yet.
