JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Muffasil P.S.case No.83 of 2015 was registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was arrested in connection with the aforesaid case and made confession disclosing this fact that the arms used in the said case had been kept by him and on the basis of aforesaid disclosure, one country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from a field.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
