For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. L.K.Sharma, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Minapur P. S. Case No. 452 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died due to accidental burn injuries and the family members took steps to get her treated at different hospitals.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2559 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has submitted that in course of investigation, several witnesses have stated that the husband of the victim and his family members, including the petitioners set her on fire after pouring kerosene oil on her body and, thereafter, the dead body was hurriedly disposed of.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
