The petitioner seeks bail in Kadam Kuan P. S. Case No. 793 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2), 5(d), 6, 9 of Immoral Traffic Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information of keeping theft idol and commission of illegal act in the house of Ashok Kumar Khandelia. The police raided the aforesaid house and apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons as named in the written report. It is further alleged that one mobile phone was recovered from possession of

The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the other co-accused of this case has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 8.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 7495 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Spl. Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P. S. Case No. 793 of 2018, Spl.
