The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for making necessary modification in the order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29867 of 2015 in respect to the date of custody of the petitioner due to inadvertent mistake. The date of custody of the petitioner was mentioned as 16.04.2015 in the main petition and hence the same was recorded in the order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29867 of 2015. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the correct date of custody of the petitioner is 16.12.2014. Hence, the date of custody of the petitioner be read as 16.12.2014 instead of 16.04.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56877 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 The order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29867 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The present modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
