JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.554 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., the dispute arose on account of taking water from hand pump. Some of the persons have raised objection, whereafter 10-15 persons came on motorcycles and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12371 of 2020(2) dt.22-07-2020 2/2 resorted to indiscriminate firing. When the people of the locality assembled and started chasing the accused persons, except one, all have fled away. The arrested person disclosed the names of these petitioners as his associates.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
