Petitioner happens to be nurse, who was working in a clinic which was being run by Dr. Kameshwar Chaturvedi. The accusation is that informant's daughter-in-law was got admitted in the aforesaid clinic, where an injection was administered to her for premature delivery but the condition of informant's daughterin-law started deteriorating and after that she was referred to one Dr. Dharmendar Kumar where informant's daughter-in-law gave birth to a child but after some time the condition of child started deteriorating and lastly the child died due to paucity of oxygen.
