The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chraiya P.S. Case No.233 of 2016 registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 20 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor, from the motorcycle of the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since November, 2016.

No.3131 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.233 of 2016.
