JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121,121A, 386,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mobiles and one motor cycle are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and having similar allegation co-accused Bandhu Prasad @Bandhu Yadav and others have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54975 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurnagabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015.
