JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 2545 of 2019, arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 416 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 215 litres of liquor from the house of co-accused and petitioners are named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that except disclosure made by co-accused there is nothing against them and they are in custody for more than two months and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8465 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Excise Case No. 2545 of 2019, arising out of Koilwar P.S.
