2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 2772 liters of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from two seized vehicles and apprehended persons disclosed the name of this petitioner, as the consignee of aforesaid liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the seized vehicles and has been made accused only on disclosure of apprehended persons due to enmity. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor and is in custody since 23.12.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid as also period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise - 2nd, Aurangabad / concerned Court in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021, General Register No. 621 of 2021.
