The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 01 of 2015 registered under Section 47(a)(f) of Bihar Excise Act.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2015, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with G.O. Case No. 01 of 2015.
