Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. According to F.I.R. the offence of robbery was committed by unknown criminals. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2016.
Submission is that petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
