Mr.Anjani Kumar, AAG-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 The only subsisting grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of the G.P.F. amount.

The respondents have filed counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the authority slip for a sum of Rs. 82,038/- has already been issued on 06.08.2019 and the same has already been paid.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the up to date interest has not been paid on the said amount of G.P.F.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15314 of 2018(3) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present case stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the G.P.F. office Munger, District-Munger and file an appropriate claim detailing therein his claim whereafter the District Provident Fund Officer, Munger shall take appropriate decision within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
