The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegation against these petitioners is that they were apprehended along with stolen motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2018 and as such they have remained in custody for more than six months.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12683 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Sub- Divisional Judicial MagistratePurnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.
