The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13770 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
