JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2024 This is an application for setting aside the order dated 24.01.2024 contained in Memo No. 100/Vidhi, passed by Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Basgit Parcha Cancellation Case No. 06 of 2023 by which the collector has cancelled the Basgit Parcha, issued in favour of petitioner in the year 1993 arising out of Basgit Parcha Case No. 02 of 1993-94.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy of challenging the impugned order dated 24.01.2024 before the Bihar Land Tribunal.

3. This case is transferred to Bihar Land Tribunal in the facts of the case.
