Petitioner is accused in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 2150 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 379/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is that petitioner along with 9 others carried the informant Chandra Kala Devi forcibly causing assault and at that time, petitioner unfolded her sari and torn her blouse and also tied gamcha in her neck and tried to kill her. When her family members rushed there, then she was saved, at that time they also snatched her nose pin and mangal sutra.

No.56394 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the pattidar of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case with false allegation of unfolding the cloths of the informant and causing assault to the informant. It is also submitted that there is land dispute in between the parties. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Benipatti in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015, G.R. No. 2150 of 2014.
