JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was arrested in connection with some other case and confessed that two named accused are coming to provide him fire arm. Those persons were arrested by the police and fire arm was recovered. In the circumstances, the petitioner was remanded in this case also. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 402 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, or successor Court.
