The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 325 of 2013 registered under Sections 304-B, 201, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegations made in the FIR wherein it has been alleged that the wife of the petitioner was killed in her marital home for nonfulfilment of demand of motorcycle within seven years of marriage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57184 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2 / 2 petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
