JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petitioner had submitted her grievance for redressal before the authority who is not competent to consider the grievance of the petitioner. It is submitted that now the petitioner is willing to seek the statutory remedy available to her under the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the petitioner availing her remedy in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15760 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy under the relevant provisions of the Control Order, 2016 in accordance with law.

In case such remedy is applied for on behalf of the petitioner and the question of limitation, if any, arises, the same shall be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing her remedy before this court.
