19.08.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur at Patna.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) per month in favour of the Informant.
