Petitioner is named but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Mantu Choudhary who took the deceased to take wine. Petitioner happens to be mother of co-accused, Mantu Choudhary and it is alleged that petitioner and her family members used to manufacture and sell illicit liquor. The post mortem report and viscera report were not produced before the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge at the time of consideration of bail petition.

Moreover, taking note of this fact that petitioner happens to be a woman and she does not have any criminal

Case No. 428 of 2015.
