The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the son of the informant Ankit Kumar was pushed down by the petitioner on the ground and thereafter co-accused Birendra Singh caused injury. Subsequently, informant succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the First Information Report itself the petitioner has not caused any injury to the victim, she simply pushed him down on the ground. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1259 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 Considering the thrust of accusation is against Birendra Singh, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
