Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Accusation is of entered into the shop of the informant, robbed articles, making assault and abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there was a tenancy dispute between the parties and at earlier point of time petitioner filed Informatory Petition. The injury caused to the informant is simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1265 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 146 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
