====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.

Petitioner claims arrears of payment on account of second time bound promotion granted to him w.e.f. 18.03.1993 by Memo No. 1433 dated 28.05.2009.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from the post of Accountant on 30.09.2002 from the Corporation and the second time bound promotion has been granted by the Corporation on 28.05.2009 w.e.f. 18.03.1993 but the consequential benefits arising from such second time bound promotion has not yet been given to him. He submits that a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13854 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 similar claim was made by an employee of the Corporation and was disposed of with a direction to the Administrator of the Corporation to consider the claim.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation who will consider the representation of the petitioner and a decision would be taken within three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any admissible claim would be paid to the petitioner within one month thereafter.
