ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-06-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 30.9.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No.26 of 2014, by which he has upheld the conviction and order of sentence passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in Riga P.S. case No.73 of 2005/ G.R. No.963 of 2005 (Trial No.679 of 2014) by judgment dated 14.7.2014.

On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.
