The petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs:- " i) Issuance of an appropriate writ (s), direction (s), order (s) and in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents specially respondent no. 4 i.e. Collector cum District Magistrate, Banka to comply the order and immediate taken necessary action against the respondent no. 7 i.e. Kalyan Mitra, Revenue Karamchari, Circle Office, Bounsi, Banka on the basis of the order passed by the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent no. 2) who has affirmed the order passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.14411 of 2018(4) dt.17-03-2025 2/3 the Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur has also been affirmed the order passed by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Banka (Respondent No.

5) against the respondent no. 7 i.e. Kalyan Mitra, Revenue Karamchari, Circle Office, Bounsi, Banka.

ii) Issuance of any other relief/ reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has given certain directions to the District Magistrate, Banka (Respondent No. 4) to enquire into the matter and ensure taking stern action against the erring officials after conducting departmental proceeding.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the enquiry was initiated against Respondent No. 7 by the Subdivisional Officer, Banka and on the basis of the enquiry report, punishment of censure has been awarded against Respondent No. 7. He also submits that in this regard counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 6 has been filed. It is also stated that F.I.R. has already been instituted against Respondent No. 7 and four other persons on 23.08.2017, vide Bounsi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2017 under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

5. In view of the aforesaid development, learned
