JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(a) Directing the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner having account holder name M/s Choudhary Brothers bearing account number 32944868681 at the CSTPAA, Bhagalpur Branch of the State Bank of India.

(b) Quashing the entire proceedings emanating from the Notice dated 14.10.2023.

(c) Directing the Respondents No. 2, 3

Patna High Court CWJC No.4825 of 2024(3) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 and 4 to act upon the representation dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure-5) made by the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, on instructions, submits that the account in question in the name of M/s Choudhary Brothers has already been unfreezed and lien has been maintained only qua a sum of Rs. 9100/- as per request received from the CEN Crime Police Station, North Division, Bangalore City and the said firm is also freely engaging in regular transactions. 3.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of the subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
