This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Ten liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Tej Pratap Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
