2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the order dated 18.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12627 of 2018 has already been complied with and thus the present Misc.

Patna High Court MJC No.444 of 2020(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 Jurisdiction case is become infructuous. Accordingly, they prayed to dispose of this case.
