This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Delha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 379, 411 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and also considering the fact that there being no material connecting the petitioners with any alleged theft of sand, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
