Taking into consideration that looted motorcycle has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahua P.S.case No. 514 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
