Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondents, which gave rise to a fresh cause of action. He submits that in view of the subsequent development, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to challenge the decision of the respondents rejecting the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment by way of a fresh writ petition.
