ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is specifically stated that the Supply Revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that as on the date of advertisement there was no vacancy of any P.D.S. Shop and that the vacancy arose after the advertisement was issued. It is further stated in the counter affidavit that the authorities are going to take necessary steps for filling up the vacancy and the petitioner can submit an application in the subsequent

2. Having regard to the above made averment in the counter affidavit, this Court deems it proper to direct the authorities to issue the advertisement for filling up the vacancy of the P.D.S. shop at Ward No. 1 in Peernagar Panchayat under Gwalpara Block under Madhepura District as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
