JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 The appellant seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354(A) and Section 3(r)(s)W(i) of the Harijan Atrocities (SC & ST) Act. Allegation against the appellant is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and further allegation is of abusing her by taking caste name.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the Pattidar. The informant has earlier also lodged a case against him and he has been in custody since 07.06.2017.

Heard learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
