The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.Tr.No. 1060 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, case was instituted for offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code but charge has been framed for offence under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.08.2011. It is further submitted that victim died while she was cooking food on the gas. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36037 of 2014 (2) dt.09-09-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 5th, Danapur (Patna), in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1060 of 2013 arising out of Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2011, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground. Further condition that petitioner shall not remain absent on two consecutive dates.
