Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1630 of 2015 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The complainant was living with the petitioner and he had no knowledge about the institution of the present complaint case in the year 2015. The wife of the petitioner lodged Complaint Case No.690 of 2017 under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and petitioner was granted bail. The wife of the petitioner lodged another Domestic Violence Case No.286 of 2017 and in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11661 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 aforesaid case also the petitioner is on bail. Taking into consideration the facts that the wife of the petitioner lodged three cases out of which petitioner is on bail in two cases, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No.1630 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
