23.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.03.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 239 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Informant as earlier directed by this Court.
