In this case, grievance of the petitioner is that the Deputy Director, Government of Bihar, Patna, vide letter dated 30.06.2015 had posted the petitioner at Kaimur, but whereafter vide Notification no.471(3) dated 29.06.2018, respondent no.8, namely, Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary has been posted in his place, who is much junior to the petitioner and has taken charge from the petitioner putting the petitioner in lurch.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13821 of 2018(2) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 Let the petitioner file a representation before the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance. If such a representation is filed, the Principal Secretary, will examine the case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner and the petitioner should be posted at appropriate place maintaining his status.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
