Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Session trial no. 292/2015 arising out of Pawana P.S. Case no. 14/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Ara. However, the concerned court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within the period as fixed by the trial court itself in letter no. 58/17 dated 7.4.2017.
