2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of torturing and killing the deceased.

4. In the post-mortem report, no ante mortem injury has been found and the FSL has found that the deceased died after consuming celphos. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2024.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul/ concerned Court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024.
