2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.151 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. Petitioner is not named in the FIR, he has been made accused during the course of investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is ample evidence available against the petitioner in the case diary.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of regular bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
